I know the challenges facing leaders — because I’ve been there.
Before launching my firm, I was a mission-driven leader overseeing $5m+ in programs that served thousands of young adults and families.
Then a massive disruption forced a change. Overnight our team was reduced by 75%. But the same workload and demands persisted.
I struggled to elevate and lead. Old ways of adapting were falling short. Work came home with me. My personal relationships and health suffered. I couldn’t seem to get ahead.
Turnover cascaded across our organization and softened morale. Disengagement was high.
We needed a different way of working and engaging as leaders. Not just strategies, but practices we could sustain.
The RISE framework is born of my 20+ yrs of experience in communications and research and hundreds of hours coaching leaders and professionals through tough seasons. I’ve seen patterns that hold the best leaders back. They stymie your impact and that of the people you lead.
