Don’t Resolve…Recalibrate

In many industries, high performance is often rewarded…with more responsibility. Many leaders I partner with are managing workloads that have only grown in recent months.

As one recently shared:

“I’ve always arrived early and stayed late. Lately, I’ve been logging on after dinner, too. With our loss of staff, there’s just too much to do.”

Yet, sustaining progress and productivity requires thoughtful recalibration not an automatic doubling down of effort.

Why? Especially in a season of instability and reorgs?
